Yes, MOQ and extra costs are required.
Yes, please offer X & Y coordinates as reference to custom lighting color, and Pantone number to custom specific jacket color. The price varies based on the order quantity.
Yes. A color rendering index (CRI) is a quantitative measure of the ability of a light source to reveal the colors of various objects faithfully in comparison with an ideal or natural light source. CRI R9 is one of the test color samples (TCS) used in the calculation of extended CRI. It describes the specific ability of light to accurately reproduce the red color of objects measured on a scale of 0~100, the higher, the better. The white light is produced and mixed in a blue LED with a yellow phosphor coating, while the lack of the red light will have a negative influence on CRI. As result, the formula adjustment of phosphor (additional red phosphor needed) becomes necessary for higher CRI, but in this case, it will lead to lower quantum efficiency overall, the volume of white light after adjustment is less than the one in the status of pure yellow phosphor, which means decreased lumen output.
Silicone type would be your best choice, as the allowed ambient working temperature range is -40℃-55℃ and ambient installation temperature -40℃-50℃. Silicone material remains soft at such a low temperature which will facilitate the installation. Furthermore, the patented design TwinFlex™ at the backside of PCB will double secure the function of light under the influence of contraction and expansion.
For PVC type, the allowed ambient working temperature range is -20℃-45℃ while ambient installation temperature narrows down to 0℃-45℃. PVC material becomes very stiff at 0℃ or below, which means bending or installation will probably lead to the fracture of PCB wrapped.
