TOWNPLACE is a quality residential leasing brand for premium young talents in Hong Kong. Flexglo^TM F22B and F10B neon flex lights are used to illuminate inside and outside the hotel in parking lot, landscape and seaside canopy. In particular, F22B and F10B are installed on the different sections of the building’s façade.

F23B Neon Flex Lights (Vertical Bending) are deployed on the underside of the seaside canopy, outlining the undulating wave of the canopy and hoping to attract people to the waterfront promenade. Given the project’s location, the light is constantly exposed to the sea air and saltwater. The design team was able to develop a lighting design for the project that met not only its functional needs, but also its higher aspirations of creating a new landmark in the night.
